Everything you need to know about buying, selling, and shipping on Nivaii.
To create an account on Nivaii:
- Open the app and tap "Sign Up"
- Enter your full name, email address, and choose a username
- Create a password (minimum 8 characters, must include a special character)
- Add your phone number
- Optionally add your location
- Verify your email address using the OTP code sent to your inbox
You can also sign up using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In (iOS only).
Yes. You can use Nivaii as a guest to browse products and view listings. However, to buy, sell, message sellers, add items to your wishlist, or make offers, you will need to create an account.
You can log in using:
- Email and password — Enter the credentials you used during signup
- Google Sign-In — Tap the Google button to sign in with your Google account
- Apple Sign-In — Available on iOS devices, tap the Apple button
Your session persists across app restarts, so you will remain logged in until you choose to log out.
- On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your email for a one-time code (OTP)
- Enter the OTP in the app
- Create a new password (minimum 8 characters with a special character)
Go to your profile and tap the edit icon. You can update:
- Full name
- Username (must be unique)
- Phone number
- Location / City
- Profile picture
Navigate to your profile settings to manage addresses. You can:
- Add a new delivery address (street, house/flat number, city, postal code)
- Set a default delivery address
- Save an InPost locker as a delivery point
- Delete addresses you no longer need
When entering an address, the app validates it and may suggest corrections if it detects a potential mismatch.
Holiday Mode lets you temporarily pause your seller activity. When enabled, your listings remain on the platform but are marked as unavailable. You will continue to receive notifications. You can toggle Holiday Mode off at any time to resume selling.
Go to your profile settings and select "Delete Account." This action is permanent. All your data, listings, order history, and messages will be removed. If you have any pending orders, returns, or disputes, these must be resolved before deletion.
Your account may have been blocked by the platform for violating community guidelines. If you believe this is a mistake, contact our support team through the "Contact Us" option or email us directly.
Open your profile, scroll to the bottom of the settings, and tap "Log Out." You will need to log in again to access your account.
No. Each email address can only be associated with one sign-in method. If you initially signed up with email and password, you cannot use Google Sign-In with the same email, and vice versa. This prevents account conflicts.
